'Play Me, I'm Yours'
Jerram's artwork Play Me I'm Yours has been invited to be presented in cities across the globe. Over the next 12 months the arts project will be presented in London, Belfast, Barcelona, Pecs (Hungary), Cincinnati, San Jose and possibly New York City. Mori Museum, Tokyo
The Wellcome Collection in London have just acquired the first edition (1 of 5), of Jerram's Swine Flu (H1N1) sculpture for their permanent collection. The artwork has initially been loaned to the Mori Museum in Tokyo for an exhibition called Medicine and Art, with works from Damien Hirst, Marc Quinn and Leonardo da Vinci.
Plant Orchestra
The Plant Orchestra is an installation artwork made from the imperceptible sounds waves emitted by plants. A work in progress has recently been presented in a joint show called Night Jar at the Cambridge Botanical Gardens. Read about in SEED Magazine.
RSC Commission for new theatre
To help promote a sense of ownership of the new theatre building The Royal Shakespeare Company have commissioned Jerram to make 'My RSC'. Local residents, actors, staff and school students will create intricate miniature artworks presented in 50 glass boxes that will be embedded into the walls of the architecture.
